Established in Jakarta in 1990, CLSA is one of the largest institutional equity brokers in the country.

CLSA has over 20 years of grassroots experience in Indonesia and since 1995 the Company has been one of the largest institutional equity brokers in the country.

In April 1990, PT CLSA Sekuritas Indonesia was first established under the name of PT Dian Adyasecurita. Later in the same year, the Company became a joint venture foreign investment firm and subsequently its name was changed to PT Credit Lyonnais Capital Indonesia.

In October 2000, the Company name in Indonesia was changed to PT CLSA Indonesia prior to its current company name, PT CLSA Sekuritas Indonesia, which was established in August 2016.

PT CLSA Sekuritas Indonesia obtained a license to operate as a securities and underwriting Company based on Capital Market Supervisory Board (Bapepam) Decision Letter No. KEP-59/PM/1992 and Decision Letter No. KEP-58/PM/1992 both dated February 25, 1992.

PT CLSA Sekuritas Indonesia is a member of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and supervised by Financial Services Authority (OJK).
